Description
The Graduate Program Coordinator supports Virginia Tech’s Institute for Advanced Computing graduate programs, including the Master of Engineering, across the Alexandria and Blacksburg campuses. The role provides student onboarding, records maintenance, inquiries, graduation and registration support, prospective-student and partner outreach, event scheduling and promotion, and clerical backup for academic administrative staff. It requires customer service or administrative experience, computer and spreadsheet skills, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 with a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule plus evenings and weekends as needed.
