Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Graduate Research Appointment (GRA) for its Windland Smith Rice Sudden Death Genomics Laboratory. The post-baccalaureate research role provides biomedical laboratory experience in basic or translational research, with opportunities to participate in graduate classes and seminars. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with a strong science, technology, engineering, or mathematics background and U.S. work authorization; graduate or medical school students are ineligible. The position pays $20.50 per hour, follows a Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule with weekends as needed, and has an anticipated one-year term that may be extended if funding allows.
