Bosch Rexroth is hiring a Sales Engineer through its two-year Graduate Specialist Program in Belgium. The role begins with concrete responsibilities and rotates through different departments, with exposure to external sales and application engineers, products, customers, applications, and internal processes. Participants receive support from a manager, buddy, HR contact, and senior leadership mentor, and the program prepares them for a future Sales Engineer career. Candidates need a master's degree in a technical discipline, up to two years of work experience, technical and commercial skills, Dutch and English communication, and a Category B driver's license.
