Bosch Rexroth AG is recruiting for its Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Technical Sales, Connected Hydraulics, a 18–24 month trainee program with assignments in Germany and abroad. Participants will develop operational and strategic sales knowledge, understand electrohydraulic products and services, and support innovative customer solutions in the connected hydraulics market. The program leads to a technical sales expert role and offers mentoring, flexible start dates, permanent employment, and a global network. Applicants should be completing a relevant engineering degree, have industrial internship experience, demonstrate customer and technical aptitude, and be fluent in German and English.
