Description
The Speech Pathology Graduate will work at the Fannie Bay clinic delivering early intervention speech pathology services to children and families. The role includes conducting assessments, developing evidence-based therapy plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, providing family education, and maintaining NDIS-related records. The 12-month program provides clinical supervision, mentoring, training, a dedicated buddy, professional development, and a path toward independent practice. Applicants need a relevant Speech Pathology qualification, relevant registration, a driver’s license and vehicle, required screening checks, first aid and CPR certification, and strong communication, organisational, observational, and report-writing skills.
