Arcadis is recruiting for a two-year Graduate GROW Programme in structural engineering, supporting graduates transitioning from student to professional while contributing to client work and projects in the UK and potentially internationally. The role involves designing water structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing technical and consulting expertise, and progressing toward chartered status. Applicants must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, resilience, creativity, teamwork, and stakeholder-influence skills.
