Description
Arcadis is recruiting for a two-year Systems Engineer Graduate GROW Programme. The role supports client work and real projects across railway, highway, and defence sectors, with graduates developing systems engineering, electrical, telecoms, mechanical, civil, and engineering management expertise. Candidates must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, stakeholder-influence, resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills. The programme includes UK client work, potential international work, and virtual working where possible.
