TKDA is hiring a Graduate Traffic Engineer to support traffic operations, safety, studies, and transportation system design for state, county, local, and design-build projects. The role involves collecting and analyzing traffic data, performing intersection and corridor studies, using traffic simulation and modeling software, and preparing preliminary and final designs and construction plans for signage, pavement markings, traffic control, signals, and roadway lighting. The position is hybrid in Bloomington, Minnesota, with Tuesday–Thursday in-office work and Monday and Friday work from home, and offers a base salary of $73,000–$83,000 for candidates with 0–4 years of related experience.
