Description
InPost is hiring a Graduate Trainee Process Engineering Manager to work with Network Operations leadership on improving parcel-delivery processes, analysing operational and productivity data, building reporting systems, investigating root causes, and developing practical solutions. The role requires a minimum 2:1 engineering degree, graduation within the last three years in 2026, 2025 or 2024, a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel between operational locations, and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills. Experience with process engineering, continuous improvement, data analysis, Excel, Power BI, or financial analysis is preferred.
