Description
Gestalt Community Schools is hiring a full-time Graduation Coach for Power Center Academy High School to support high school scholars at risk of not graduating and to prepare them for postsecondary success. The role identifies at-risk scholars using academic, behavioral, and other data; develops and monitors individualized engagement and career plans; coordinates interventions, credit recovery, mentoring, transition planning, and family and community resources; and collaborates with teachers, counselors, administrators, and community partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid Tennessee teaching or related service certificate, and at least five years of counseling or teaching experience.
