Bartlett is hiring a Grain Elevator Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at grain elevators, flour mills, and soybean processing plants across the United States Midwest, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and North Carolina. The role supervises operations teams, coordinates maintenance and repairs, monitors safety, quality controls, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance, and requires travel to all locations. Compensation is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend work. The position requires strong leadership, Microsoft Office proficiency, English communication ability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in confined spaces, at heights, and in adverse weather.
