Bay State Milling Company is hiring a Grain Handler to operate, adjust, maintain, and sanitize grain cleaning, milling, tempering, and related equipment; collect and analyze product samples; direct truck and railcar loading; and support flour milling, packing, inventory, and warehousing operations. The role pays $24.00-$25.00 per hour, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication and basic math skills, shift flexibility, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy, temperature-variable environment. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
