Bartlett is hiring a Grain Handling Shift Manager in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to supervise hourly team members and manage grain-handling operations during a third shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, with additional weekend and overtime work. The role involves loading, unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, drying, storage, aeration, fumigation, equipment operation, maintenance, safety compliance, and operational planning. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of grain-handling facility experience, English communication ability, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ag mechanics, ag business, or a similar field is preferred.
