Bartlett is hiring a Grain Handling Shift Manager in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to supervise and support hourly grain-handling team members during a second-shift schedule from 2 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, with additional work on weekends. The role involves loading, unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, drying, storage, aeration, fumigation, equipment operation, maintenance, safety compliance, and operational planning. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of grain-handling facility experience, English communication ability, availability for overtime and weekends, and the ability to pass a criminal background check; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ag mechanics, ag business, or a similar field is preferred.
