Description
The role performs grain and food sampling, sample handling, laboratory analysis, equipment operation and calibration, data entry, reporting, and inspection documentation. Responsibilities include moisture, protein, dockage, test weight, mycotoxin, germination, and other branch-specific analyses, as well as compliance with Canada Grain Act and CFIA protocols. The position requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency, strong communication and time-management skills, a valid driver’s license, and may require extended hours, shift work, and travel.
