Turning Point Action is hiring a Field Representative to work in the field registering voters, recruiting precinct committeemen and delegates, attending local GOP meetings, building grassroots activist networks, organizing data, conducting outreach and presentations, representing the organization at events and conferences, developing get-out-the-vote plans, and networking. The role requires strong communication, Google Drive proficiency, political and election work interest, flexibility, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-motivation, punctuality, and responsible expense-account management; past grassroots, field or territory, campus-organization, conservative-youth-leadership, and recruiting experience are advantageous. Candidates must pass a background check, hold a valid driver's license, and sign an NDA.
