Description

The King County Wastewater Treatment Division is hiring a Grant and Partnership Programs Supervisor to lead a team of 3–4 staff supporting WaterWorks Grants and Partners in Water programs. The role oversees strategic planning, grant administration, contract and budget management, compliance, reporting, performance evaluations, and representation to internal and external stakeholders. It is a full-time hybrid position based primarily at the King Street Center in Seattle, Washington, with a 40-hour work week and overtime eligibility.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years managing grant programs, including distribution of at least $1M annually, full grant lifecycle administration, contract negotiation, budget and scope development, compliance monitoring, and financial oversight.
5+ years supervising direct reports, including hiring and mentoring, setting performance metrics, and conducting performance evaluations.
5+ years managing community partnership programs and working with diverse partners to improve programs and processes.
Experience in grant program management within a large organization or government agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in grant program management within a large organization or government agency.
