Oswego County Opportunities is hiring a full-time Grant Financial Manager to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, grant compliance, fiscal operations, financial analysis, audits, and internal controls across a diverse portfolio of programs and funding sources. The role partners with program leadership, funders, state agencies, and finance staff, and includes supervising and mentoring finance staff. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience; health, dental, and vision insurance are available to full-time staff.
