Pearl Talent is recruiting a fully remote Grant Workflow and Application Support Specialist for a mission-driven philanthropic/nonprofit client. The role focuses on managing the backend grant pipeline end to end: sourcing and qualifying funding opportunities, maintaining opportunity trackers, drafting LOIs and grant responses, and organizing application requirements and deadlines so the founder team can work more efficiently. The position is open to candidates in LATAM and the Philippines, follows a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST schedule, and offers $1,300 to $1,500 USD per month, plus HMO coverage for PH-based full-time employees after three months.
