World Concern is hiring a full-time Grants and Partnerships Manager in Shoreline, Washington, to coordinate grant proposals and donor reporting, manage grant workflows and databases, support country partners, and strengthen grant management, policy compliance, communication, reporting, risk mitigation, and partnership performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in international development, public policy, communications, or a related field, at least five years of grants coordination and proposal development experience, cross-cultural experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with donor portals and proposal submission systems. Compensation is $33.50–$43.50 per hour, with health insurance and other benefits.
