Description
The Grants & Reporting Specialist manages San Jose Clinic's grant portfolio through post-award reporting, compliance, performance tracking, data collection, documentation, and coordination with clinical, operational, financial, administrative, and development departments. The role prepares funders' reports, maintains reporting calendars, monitors grant commitments and financial and programmatic performance, validates data, and escalates compliance or reporting issues. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of relevant experience are required; healthcare, nonprofit, grant-management, data-reporting, and cross-departmental experience are preferred.
