This role involves managing and maintaining grant databases, preparing cash flow reports, conducting compliance reviews, and coordinating system testing for grants systems. The individual will also contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in grants management, fund administration, financial operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a public sector or government context
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to review financial data, cashflow projections, and compliance findings with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence and reports.
Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Good business acumen, analytical thinking and judgment
Working effectively within STB to achieve results
Working effectively with stakeholders outside STB
Being innovative and learning continuously
A good understanding of regulatory frameworks, policy compliance, and internal controls relevant to grants or fund management.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or complex situations.
