Description
The Grants Accounting Manager will lead the organization’s grants accounting function in a hybrid Washington, DC role, overseeing a three-person team and managing the full lifecycle of federal and privately funded grants and contracts. Responsibilities include budget preparation and forecasting, variance analysis, federal reporting and invoicing, drawdown management, compliance with OMB A-122, A-133, and 2 CFR Part 200, indirect cost and cost-share tracking, financial reporting, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive grants accounting experience including supervisory responsibility, and expertise in complex multi-million-dollar grants.
