NEO Philanthropy is hiring a Grants Manager to support the State Infrastructure Fund’s grantmaking operations. The role manages grantee proposals, reporting, agreements, disbursements, legal and compliance requirements, grantee portal maintenance, training, and financial documentation. It reports to the SIF Vice President, requires at least three years of grantmaking experience and two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, and offers a hybrid arrangement with remote work and four to eight in-person meetings per year. The salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
