Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Grants Payments Data Analyst to build, own, and improve clinical site payment forecasting models outside Medidata Payments, link forecasts with Medidata, analyze plan-versus-actual variances, ensure audit and revenue-recognition compliance, and produce accurate client-ready forecasting and reconciliation reports. The role collaborates with clinical operations, FP&A revenue recognition, clinical payments, investigator grants payments, project analysts, and global project leads. Candidates need strong analytical skills, knowledge of site payment processes and accounting/revenue recognition standards, proficiency with Excel, databases, and accounting systems, and a degree with 2 to 5 years of finance experience.
