Marathon TS is hiring a Graph Data Engineer to support a Department of Defense mission-focused data and AI initiative. The role designs, builds, and scales enterprise semantic data capabilities using ontologies, metadata, graph databases, APIs, data integrations, and automated workflows. Responsibilities include automated metadata ingestion, ontology and lineage alignment, graph querying, enterprise systems integration, smart search and agent enablement, and technical leadership. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant professional experience or equivalent, and experience with data pipelines, graph databases, APIs, and systems integration.
