Description
The Graph Engineer will design, build, deploy, and operate Stardog-based knowledge graphs for life science clients, connecting relational and external data sources through virtual graphs and SMS mappings. The role also develops ETL/ELT pipelines, integrates knowledge graphs with APIs and analytics systems, optimizes SPARQL queries, and maintains RDF/OWL ontologies and data models. It requires hands-on Stardog and data engineering experience, with Azure Stack, Databricks, and life sciences IT experience preferred.
