Black Semiconductor is hiring a Graphene Device Physics Modeling Expert to develop and refine physics-based models for graphene photonic devices. The role combines research and software development, involving literature research, TCAD and multiphysics simulation, translating scientific models into Python, extending device models, calibrating them with experimental data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a relevant PhD, strong semiconductor and solid-state physics knowledge, TCAD development experience, Python and Git proficiency, partial differential equation experience, and graphene and photonics experience.
