Maker Lab is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer specializing in Print Production to join their team. The role involves leading the technical production and adaptation of New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and seasonal campaigns, ensuring meticulous localization, print-readiness, and brand compliance. This position requires managing complex print specifications, overseeing color accuracy reviews, and acting as a creative brand guardian. Additionally, the designer will pioneer the use of AI tools for creative strategy and production.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years in graphic design with a heavy specialisation in Print Production or Pre-Press.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a retail studio or production house is highly valued.
Deep understanding of the differences between RGB and CMYK. Understand ink limits, bleeds, die-lines, and large-format printing constraints.
Proficient in digital design standards (HTML5 banner specs, social media ratios) to support omnichannel adaptation.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
