Little Spoon is hiring a Graphic Designer to create packaging, advertising, social, direct mail, and digital creative for its baby and kids food brand. The role partners with art directors, designers, and marketing teams; maintains visual identity systems; supports UX/UI projects; and may manage a junior designer. Candidates need at least five years of print and digital design experience, strong Adobe Suite and Figma skills, packaging and print-mechanical knowledge, and a strong portfolio. The role offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, a 401(k) match, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and a NYC base salary of $80,000–$90,000 USD.
