LRN is hiring a Creative Designer Senior Associate to own the visual design and creative direction of eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. The role involves creating storyboards, concept layouts, production-ready assets, and accessible learning experiences; collaborating with learning, project, programming, media, and design teams; managing quality, scope, timelines, and client-facing standards; and mentoring other designers. The position is remote in India, requires at least four years of relevant design experience, advanced Adobe and eLearning authoring skills, and experience with AI image generation.
