LRN is hiring a Creative Designer Senior Associate to own the visual design and creative direction of eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. The role involves creating storyboards, concept layouts, production-ready assets, and accessible learning experiences; collaborating with learning, project, programming, media, and design teams; managing quality, scope, timelines, and client-facing standards; and mentoring other designers. Candidates need at least four years of relevant design experience, advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency, eLearning authoring knowledge, AI image-generation experience, and a design degree or equivalent professional experience. The position is remote in India with combined onsite and remote work, medical benefits, paid time off, and a competitive salary.
