LRN is hiring a Creative Designer Senior Associate to own the visual design and creative direction of eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. The role involves translating learning content and brand guidelines into storyboards, concept statics, and production-ready assets; collaborating with learning, project, programming, media, and design teams; managing quality, scope, timelines, and client-facing standards; and mentoring other designers. Candidates need at least four years of relevant design experience, advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency, eLearning authoring knowledge, AI image-generation experience, and a design degree or equivalent professional experience. The position is remote in India with combined onsite and remote work, medical benefits, paid time off, and a competitive salary.
