Oerlemans Plastics is hiring a full-time Graphic Operator for a work-based learning program that trains the employee to become a qualified flexographic printer. The role involves preparing print orders, setting up and operating flexographic printing machines, monitoring and adjusting the printing process, and recording production data in the ERP system. The position follows a 3-shift schedule, pays up to €3,600 including a 25% shift allowance, and includes vacation days, additional days off, a pension plan, and company-provided work clothing.
