The State of Upper Austria is hiring a full-time Graphics and Web Services Manager in Linz to lead the Web Services department and manage 20 employees. The role oversees digital and graphic projects, e-government services, the official website, content marketing, project feasibility, compliance with accessibility and data-protection requirements, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Candidates need Austrian citizenship, relevant professional experience, ideally media-design or leadership experience, and knowledge of web and graphic technologies such as TYPO3, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and GitLab. The position requires a Category B driver’s license and offers at least EUR 5,310 gross per month.
