Rokt is hiring a GRC Automation & Assurance Lead to own the audit, assurance, and compliance pillar of its GRC program while also designing and building AI-first automation for security and compliance workflows. The role combines hands-on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 auditing with agentic AI engineering, including building internal tools, automations, and integrations for questionnaires, evidence collection, control testing, vendor assessments, DPIAs, and audit preparation. The position requires strong GRC experience, familiarity with privacy and security frameworks, and practical technical skills with AI coding tools, agent frameworks, APIs, SQL, Git, and scripting. The role is based at Rokt, offers a target total compensation of $214,000-$255,000 with a fixed salary of $174,000-$215,000, and includes world-class benefits and equity.
