Description
OpenAI is hiring a technical, product-minded Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Builder to lead audits and improve the control and evidence systems that support them. The role owns scoping through audit closeout, builds a reusable common control framework, validates control scope and ownership, uses Codex to automate evidence checks and remediation workflows, partners with engineers on cloud and identity systems, and designs maintainable, permission-aware tools. Candidates should have direct audit or regulatory ownership, practical control-testing knowledge, technical fluency across cloud and identity systems, experience with code, SQL, APIs, or automation, and the ability to design reusable cross-framework controls.
