ButterflyMX is hiring a GRC Engineer to own and scale the company’s governance, risk, and compliance program as an individual contributor reporting to the CISO. The role combines compliance operations, risk management, audit management, trust and assurance, vendor and supply chain risk, privacy support, and policy development, with a strong emphasis on using AI and automation to reduce manual work. Candidates need at least three years of GRC, information security compliance, or risk management experience, SOC 2 audit experience, Vanta or equivalent platform experience, and familiarity with relevant frameworks. The position offers a base salary of $130,000-$170,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one.
