Mattermost is hiring a GRC Manager to own and modernize governance, risk, and compliance programs across federal and commercial markets. The role leads readiness, certification, surveillance, risk, third-party and vendor risk, audits, customer security questionnaires, and compliance artifacts, while applying GRC engineering, automation, and AI to reduce manual effort. The manager will also grow and lead the GRC team. The position requires U.S. citizenship, eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance, and experience with federal standards, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, risk management, and security assurance. The target salary range is $139,254-$168,318, and the role is remote-first.
