Aly Labs is hiring a GRC Program Manager to own compliance, risk, and security operations frameworks end-to-end. The role focuses on interpreting regulatory requirements, designing control mappings, coordinating stakeholders, managing external auditors, and governing detection and incident response processes. Routine evidence collection and audit checklists are automated; the manager applies human judgment, policy design, stakeholder enablement, and AI-assisted workflow configuration. The position requires at least four years of relevant experience, knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, external audit management, cloud-native environments, and an AI-first mindset. The role offers remote work and training in compliance, cloud security, and data privacy.
