Palantir is hiring a GRC Program Manager to design, document, and scale governance, risk, and compliance processes across Commercial, International Government, and United States Government businesses. The role coordinates audits, regulatory requirements, control implementation, remediation, continuous monitoring, stakeholder communication, and compliance-related product adoption, while partnering with engineering, legal, customer-facing, security, and compliance teams. Candidates should have enterprise software or startup compliance-program experience, familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, or CMMC, and a track record of building and scaling compliance processes in regulated environments.
