The gReach Associate is a 12-month paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities, providing on-the-job training and exposure to business-critical projects across Google teams. The role focuses on recruiting talent for Google, building relationships with applicants and internal stakeholders, and providing operational support through data analysis and reporting. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, prior experience in human resources, recruitment, business, or stakeholder management, and fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
