The gReach Associate is a paid upskilling role for early-career professionals with disabilities, providing on-the-job training and work on business-critical projects across Google product areas. The role involves developing software applications, configuring lab instrument and test infrastructure for hardware products, supporting product delivery, and collaborating with hardware, software, product, and program teams. Participants work with a host manager and team members and may continue contributing beyond the program.
