Description
The Green Space Preparation Planner prepares and plans green-space projects from start to finish, including work schedules, cost estimates, materials and equipment, quotations, project administration, and coordination with colleagues, suppliers, and clients. The role supports park redesigns, residential neighborhood work, and other outdoor green-space projects in the Northern region. It requires an MBO+/HBO-level qualification, organizational and communication skills, Dutch proficiency, relevant work-preparation experience, and preferably cost-estimating or drawing software experience. The position offers a gross salary of €2,900–€4,500, long-term employment, pension accrual from day 1, vacation and vacation allowance, and training opportunities.
