The Greenbush YMCA is hiring a full-time Property Director to supervise the property department and direct maintenance, cleaning, and improvement operations for branch facilities and vehicles. The role includes preventative maintenance and related administrative duties such as payroll and budgeting. Candidates need a two-year degree in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC discipline, or a high school degree/GED with 3–5 years of experience in cleaning and building trades, along with basic computer knowledge and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
