Description
The Greenery Team Leader manages and motivates a team of green-space workers in De Panne, allocates daily maintenance tasks, participates in mowing and pruning, and oversees quality, safety, equipment, and machinery maintenance. The role requires practical experience in garden construction, park maintenance, or green-space management, knowledge of plants and horticultural tools, Dutch language skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and a valid category B driving licence. It is a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
