CPI Security is hiring a Residential Service Technician based in Greensboro, North Carolina to install and service residential and commercial home security systems, assess customer needs, sell additional products and services, connect systems to central monitoring, perform demonstrations, and provide customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong sales and customer-service skills, mechanical aptitude, safety commitment, and weekend availability; alarm-system knowledge and alarm, cable, or telecom experience are preferred. Compensation is listed as $60,000 in annual average earnings with hourly-paid training and uncapped commission, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
