The role covers site assessment, technical assurance, capital works monitoring, contractor oversight, handover, aftercare, and the transition to long-term estate management. It requires at least five years of practical experience in landscape, environmental, or countryside management, along with contract administration and relevant professional membership. The position is hybrid remote in Bristol and pays £35,000–£40,000.
