Springfield Clinic is seeking a Greeter to provide excellent customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors while safely and promptly transporting patients throughout the clinic. The role includes managing the greeter desk, maintaining a clean and safe lobby and wheelchair supply, monitoring patient drop-off activity, assisting with patient transfers, responding to transport requests, and following HIPAA, OSHA, incident-reporting, conduct, and ethics requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication and customer service abilities and the physical capacity to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, lift, and transport patients weighing over 300 pounds.
