Smokey Bones is hiring a restaurant server to provide full-service dining support, including rolling clean silverware, clearing dirty dishes, resetting tables, sweeping and trash removal, assisting guests, escalating issues to management, communicating with teammates, helping with food running, and following health, safety, and manager directions. The role requires English communication, legal alcohol-serving age, United States work authorization, strong customer service, food-safety knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand and move items up to 50 pounds during an 8–12-hour shift.
